We do not allow refunds for any purchase once made. That includes all auto-renewal for subscription services.

We have already provided free subscription for the service so we strongly advice you to check the service properly before making payment for the pro version.

In any case if we have to issue any refund in that case it may take up to 21 working days to process the refund.

If you have availed any of our festival or any other offers and purchased the subscription on discounted rates you are not at all eligible to claim any refunds.

The service charges for the payment gateways and GST are deducted from the refund amount and the remaining amount will be refunded to you by the payment gateway.
